Customer data is hosted in secure, cloud-based environments provided by trusted and compliant providers, ensuring high availability and resilience. We follow relevant data protection regulations, including UAE, GDPR, and Saudi regulatory requirements. When required, data from clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is hosted in a sovereign KSA cloud, ensuring local data residency compliance.

2. Encryption and security controls

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption (TLS / AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, applying multi-factor authentication and the principle of least privilege.

3. Monitoring and vulnerability management

We continuously monitor our infrastructure for potential threats and maintain strong patch management and vulnerability remediation processes. Regular security assessments and penetration testing are conducted to ensure ongoing resilience.

4. Incident response

In the unlikely event of a security incident, Quantum Spirit AI will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware and act promptly to contain and remediate the situation.

5. Vendor and infrastructure security

We work exclusively with reputable cloud and infrastructure providers that maintain internationally recognized security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, or local regulatory equivalents). All vendors are contractually bound to uphold our strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

6. Shared responsibility

Quantum Spirit AI secures the platform and services we provide, while customers remain responsible for protecting their account credentials and securing their own systems.
